It sure does look interesting. It is said that whoever likes Stephen King and Lost will be pleased with Alan Wake. I am a big fan of both, so this is the perfect game for me. But this month I chose Red Dead Redemption... It's GTA IV in the Wild West. Alan Wake will certainly find it's way into my collection sooner or later.
