Hailing from Austin, TX, Hsien Chang, known for his prowess in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, has won many important Street Fighter tournaments throughout his career, in addition to placing Top 8 at Evo 2003 and 2004. Also of note is his stellar performance at Evo 2009's regional 5v5 team tournament, where he represented Texas on the Wild Card team. In this match in the Salty Suite, he takes Daigo to the limit with his top tier Dudley play.
