Oh, look what I bought. This is Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max for the PSP. I bought it to play when I am at home and my 360 is hours away where I study. I've just tried it out and I have to say that the PSP's D-Pad is the same pain in the ass as the 360's. I get aches in my hand when I am playing this game. I think I'll have to train some more.
Red Faction was a cool game. Cool because it was the first game in which you could blow shit up. It was FPS and it was years ago. And now we have 2009 and it turned third person and well... Does look mediocre. Story definitely mediocre.

Hell... Never walk into game shops with money in your pockets. I couldn't resist and bought on sight! My prey: The Grand Theft Auto IV Strategy Guide and Quake 4 UK Uncut! Both were at 15€ each, what I think is a good price. I am still planing to do all the Monster Stunts in Liberty City. When I will have the time for it. I expect this to happen in summer... Still a few months to go!
And I always wanted Quake 4 to be a part of my collection. I know, I know it's an old game - but it's the UK Uncut for only 15€. No crappy German Cut, no-no, I don't like censorship.

Looks like some Killzone 2 fans got their 5 minutes of internet fame. This is so foolish, I'll leave it at quoting. I wonder if this isn't fake. Anyway, I had a good laugh.
WHEAT RIDGE, CO – Commuters on I-70 gawked at the massive bonfire that lit the night sky over the highway yesterday evening. The fire, built by the Wheat Ridge High School AV Club, burned into the witching hour before WRFD extinguished it around 5AM this morning. At the bottom of the fire pit, a surprise: local firemen found two-dozen smoldering Xbox 360s, repurposed as kindling, which had fused into a glob of smoky white plastic.
“The time is now, destroy 360s we will,” preached Mr. Robert to his fellow club members and any receptive passerby.
Another club member, David Smithyman, gladly shared his two cents on what makes Killzone 2 different from other video games. “Yeah, I, like, played a burned debug copy. I can’t tell you where I got it, but, like, man, in the first level I found a valve, and, like, I turned it with the controller’s Sixaxis,” said Smithyman. “It was, like, totally like turning a valve in real life if, like, the valve was, like, shaped like my controller,” Mr. Smithyman went on, his words degenerating into muddled tongues.
Check out this brand new trailer. Best of all: It finally contains some Gameplay scenes.
Somehow this 'underground city' reminds me of Matrix Revolutions. And I am not sure if I welcome the step back to a round based combat system. But this game has something special. I hope it won't fail like Square's last mediocre games.
Update: Embedded version!

Little hottie Cammy doesn't even wear trousers! String Tanga alert!
Blanka put out his safari suit. Crazy shit!
Guile got a Charly outfit. Charly was his friend, murdered by M.Bison's Shaddaloo in Street Fighter II and playable in Street Fighter Alpha.
If you like to see more alternative outfits hop on this link!
And with Indy I mean Indiana Jones! There aren't many Wii games featured on Personal Gaming, but I will have an eye on this one.
And now imagine this for PS3/360 in Uncharted Engine.
Yeah, of course. That's what the director Len Wiseman wishes. Saying that the Gears movie would be more like a "hard edge Lord of the Rings" and disguising that he is not much into videogames, I have seriously doubts. This guy didn't even know Gears before. He also said:
"I suck at video games, it just takes me too long and I can't get the coordination of 'em,"
When I was on Die Hard, I had to choose some video game for the background in a scene with Kevin Smith. I was shown about a dozen games and told to 'Choose one to be in the background' and I said 'this one looks really, really cool whatever it is,' and it was Gears Of War. I just really connected with it; the design of it the world, the whole thing. So I actually brought an Xbox 360 to start researching what it was."
"It's going to be much more [on the] science fiction side of it than the creature side of it. I've always been much more of a sci-fi action fan than a horror fan."
Perhaps this game to movie adaption will not suck. That's how much hopes I have. But I think that Tolkien's Lord of the Rings is in another realm. If it's as epic as Terminator, that's fine with me.

Rockstar confirmed that Michael Hollick, aka Niko Bellic's voice, won't record any new lines for the upcoming DLC. That leaves only one possible option for Niko, who is said to have a side character role in the DLC: the one scene where The Lost were introduced in the main game - from another perspective.
But why did Rockstar decide to cancel Niko? Remembering back, the voice actors claimed that they would get too less from the gigantic sums of money that Rockstar makes with their voices. Shame, Niko/Hollick was so great. Would've loved to see/hear him again.

Personal Gaming is lately all about Street Fighter. Why? Because I've since early childhood been a Street Fighter player and since HD Remix is out I became addicted again. So, have fun with this preview - I'll give you my feedback as soon as I have the game. I have no doubts that this will be awesome.

250 Gamerscore on 5 achievements. Does this mean that the second DLC won't feature no achievements? Microsoft's strict guidelines say 1000 GS per full game and 250 on DLC. Would be shitty.
Get Good Wood - In the Bike Races, whack off 69 bikers with a bat. (50 pts.)
Easy Rider - Finish The Story (100 pts.)
Full Chat - Your backup are riding at their best! (70 pts.)
The Lost Boy - All hail the leader of The Lost! (25 pts.)
One Percenter - Billy is back on his bike. (5 pts.)
Is it a wise decision to release this DLC the same day as Street Fighter IV?
Seth Killian, Capcom's Community Manager, who you might remember from CES, demos the Street Fighter IV boss character Seth. (Is he named after him?! Who knows.)
And Rose doesn't get tired to shock her oponents...
Hey, looks like new footage of Starbreeze Studios' upcoming masterpiece The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena!
What have we here?
So, what do you think? Looks great, right? I can't wait to play this game. Release will be early april and since then I've watched the movies.
In case you wonder who Tigon Studios is. It's Vin Diesel's own studio, making only games in which he is the main character. And they are working together with Starbreeze to create this wonderful game. Wouldn't it be great if there were a studio only making games with you as the protagonist. That's just too 1337!

Damn, would've been too awesome to see Grand Theft Auto IV: Vice City in 2009. Rumors said that this could happen and now Rockstar Games officially replied and said that there will be no new GTA in 2009.
But there will be the two Xbox 360 exclusive DLCs, The Lost and the Damned in February and the second DLC in october. And word is out that Rockstar sees these episodes as an experiement, which could mean, that perhaps we'll see more episodic content, kinda like Half Life 2's episodes, before the next big GTA arrives.
