The Gold Edition of Resident Evil 5 is something like a GOTY Edition: It contains all of the released DLC. In the trailer here are shown the two new episodes "Lost In Nightmares" and "Desperate Escape", which were not included in the full game. At the end of the trailer some of the costumes are shown.
