The Lost And The Damned Played
Today I finally got the Xbox 360 exclusive The Lost and The Damned GTA IV Download Content. I played it about 2 hours and this are my first impressions.
First: It is great to be back again in Liberty City. I've spent so much game with GTA IV when it was released and even after finishing the main story I played the multiplayer from time to time. But the thing that is most important for me concerning GTA is the story. You can think what you want, but the least you have to admit is that those GTA stories are always funny and well entertaining. The same is the case with The Lost And The Damned. The camera is very cinematic and the dialoges and voicings are just over the top quality!
You play as Johnny Klebitz, the vice president of The Lost MC. You are in all sorts of dirty business and when the club's president Billy leaves the prison shit starts to squirt! Billy is a real rowdy, shoots first and thinks later... or never.
The main point in the DLC is that you are a member of a biker chapter and so it is evidently that most of the time you are riding a motorcycle. Rockstar Games even overworked the bike controls.
I've played only a about two hours and after finishing the first percent of the game an achievement unlocked - gives me the feeling that there is opportunity in Liberty City once again. And not to mention that in this time I saw a dude kicking a bong, a guy getting his face ripped of by a motorcycle wheel and listened to Cannibal Corpse in the metal bar that's your club house.
Besides new songs in the radio, even the TV program got upgraded with new shows. Ever saw the Republican Space Rangers? For that humor you got to love Rockstar!
As far as story has progressed until now, which obviously isn't very far, Jason, a fellow biker brother, has been murdererd for dating a russian girl. Does that ring your bells? Yes, it was Niko Bellic and even when there is no new content on him , I can't wait to cross his path!
