The previous rumor was proven to be wrong. The second Xbox 360 exclusive GTA IV DLC will be called The Ballad of Gay Tony. What a strange title. In it you will play as Luis Lopez, the bodyguard of the infamous night club tycoon Tony Prince, also known as Gay Tony. And yes, you know him from the main game. He has something to do with the museum mission making the holy trinity rumor actually true.
Another interesting thing is that both DLCs will be released on one retail disc which will run stand alone. That's nice.
