Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams Won't Be Released
Today 2K made official that Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams won't be released. I didn't mean to scare you, don't worry, of course the game itself will come. Now it'll simply be named Bioshock 2. Sea of Dreams somehow sounded too babylike for a game with this theme.
And 2K made clear that Bioshock 2 won't include any co-operative gameplay. Did anyone expect Bioshock 2 to jump on that train anyway? It wondered me that there is any kind of multiplayer included. Remember back: The first Bioshock didn't include any multiplayer so that the developer team could focus completely on the single player, which pretty much worked out, if I might add that.
If there really will be a multiplayer in the second game, please make it something original and not the standard deathmatch. That would be just stupid for a game as innovative as Bioshock 2.
UPDATE: 2K sticks with the Sea of Dreams subtitle. Seems like they don't know what they want.
